"Fortress Partners Consultancy LLC-FZ" was established in 2014 by Peter D. Litvin and is dedicated to the implementation of best practice in the provision of director services, corporate governance and general strategic consultancy. Peter also offers corporate support to start-up funds, more established funds and management companies who require an enhanced corporate governance environment.

Peter D. Litvin has spent over 25 years in the financial services industry. He was employed by Citigroup for 14 years, culminating in a role as the Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup's Alternative Investment division in London and New York. More recently he was the Group CFO of Samena Capital a global Private Equity firm.

All other directors have suitable expertise and experience to fulfill their statutory, regulatory and common law duties to the companies for which they act. They have had an average of over 20 years of experience in the capital markets including roles in investment management, finance, risk, legal, compliance, fund administration and audit.

The policies of Fortress Partners seek to ensure regular board meetings are held.  At these meetings, the directors should receive and review reports from the company, investment manager, administrator and other service providers. The directors only act for a limited number of Boards to ensure they offer efficient and timely service using well respected Corporate Governance standards.
